A product of high gastronomic quality obtained from the infusion of pure saffron in pistils in extra virgin olive oil from olive trees of the Plain of Alessandri della Rocca.
Saffron oil is obtained without the addition of aromas or other additives, not filtered but subjected only to natural decanting. From the union of the best local saffron, the gold of Sicily, with the excellent extra virgin olive oil, is born a unique and unrepeatable condiment: refined delicacy with a balanced flavor between fruity, aromatic and bitter; smells and flavors that refer to tradition and the past.
